Laurie Reuben, President & CEO, Cheshire Consulting Group, LLC, has successfully met the standards of excellence required to become an MBTI® Certified Practitioner.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is a personality assessment tool that describes the way individuals prefer to gather information, make decisions, get energy and present themselves to the outside world. The combination of the four preferences result in the individual's psychological type, sometimes called personality type. The theory of psychological type says that people with different preferences naturally have different interests, perspectives, behaviors, and motivations. Awareness of preferences helps people understand and value other people and their preferences, increasing understanding and reducing conflict.

Certified MBTI® Practitioners must meet the basic requirements of the qualified practitioner and in addition are held to higher standards which include additional education and practical experience. This additional training offers the general public a mechanism by which they can better distinguish the skill level of the practitioner.
